Prices

Wedding prices can be silly money and some of the pricing can be quite confusing. We keep it simple: we charge £140 per hour of shooting per photographer, all inclusive. So if you need one photographer from 4pm until 10pm, that's 6 hours, which is £780. This gives you the flexibility to add or reduce the job by one of two hours nearer the time. There's no extras for editing, file downloads or licensing. You get a digital gallery of full-resolution edited images where your guests can order prints. Or they can download files for free and get their own prints.

If you only require one photographer, this will be Richard Gray. A second photographer will be one of his team. We're happy to travel to your wedding, but any travel time above two hours is charged at £50 per hour plus actual expenses.

We ask for a non-refundable £100 deposit to secure your date.

Full Day

£950

A full day means 12 hours of shooting per photographer. Any additional hours are charged at £80 per hour.

FAQ

How do you photograph weddings?

We take a story-telling approach to wedding photography. This means your photos will look natural rather than staged and each one will tell a story. Of course, we have the technical know-how and equipment to deliver perfect group photos and couple portraits but we don't want to take up too much of your happy day on these. Our photos tell the story of the day and capture all its joy, tears and happiness. And we seek out all the little details that make the day so special.

We try to get to know the couple ahead of their big day and we try to understand the dynamics of the guests so that we capture any little stories that might be unfolding. Our aim is to put everyone at ease so your guests look natural in the photos.

Where are you based and do you travel?

I'm based in Ealing, London, but I love to travel! So I'll consider any location but obviously I would have to charge for travel time and expenses.

When will we get our photos?

We usually deliver your digital gallery within one week via a password-protected link. You can forward this to your guests after reviewing the gallery. One of the questions we get asked most at weddings is "Where will be see the photos?", so on the day we hand out postcards with the link on and the release date.

How many pictures will we receive?

You can estimate around 30-40 final images per hour of shooting.
